Pinteresting: Grown Up Mac and Cheese

Spring has arrived in the Willamette Valley – the yellow and white Daffodils, pink cherry blossoms, and freshly budded tree branches have brought new life to the fading winter landscape. With the arrival of Spring, rain – and lots of it – is sure to follow, offering me the perfect time to create comfort meals for my family and I. One of my favorite meals on a rainy day is macaroni and cheese – not the kind that comes out of a box. I love experimenting with gourmet cheeses and different types of pastas and meats. From lobster to beef and sandwiches to muffins, it’s all good with macaroni and cheese.

With a plethora of recipes for creating delectable mac and cheese meals, I’ve dedicated a Pinterest board to Grown Up Mac and Cheese. Click on any of the tantalizing photos below to be brought to the source where the recipe came from. Check the Grown Up Mac and Cheese board often, I’ll soon be pairing these recipes with stellar rainy day wines.

  1. It was fantastic to meet you live in person (and taste with you) in New York at the event. I look forward to reading your thoughts on all the sessions!

    • It was great to meet you too, Amy! It will be fun to read and share all of our blog posts regarding the Snooth events. I really enjoyed them – what a great opportunity to try some really unique and excellent wines!
