Eugene’s Tap and Growler to Host Monthly Wine Events
If you live in Eugene, or are planning on visiting Eugene, the Tap and Growler (T&G) is a one of Eugene’s tap rooms that should top your list of places to visit. Not only do their taps include a whole load of rotating craft beers, but they offer more wine by the tap than anywhere else in Eugene.
Starting in January, The T&G will be hosting monthly wine events that will feature specific wineries from their tap list. A selection of wines from the feature winery will be paired with tapas and a winery representative will be discuss the wines in detail.
The first event will take place on January 21 from 6-8 pm pm, featuring Laurel Ridge Winery out of Oregon’s Yamhill Carlton AVA. Tapas will be paired with their Brut, Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Port. I’ll be attending the first event, and I am thrilled to sample the Laurel Ridge wines; surprisingly, an Oregon winery that I have yet to experience. Look for a future piece on this event and more to come.
For more information and to reserve your seat, call the T&G at 541-505-9751
How exciting! I think I will be reserving a seat! 🙂
