2013 Oregon Wine Industry Symposium Feb. 19-20

Oregon wine industry’s largest gathering is taking place next week, February 19 and 20, at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. Not only is this the biggest wine industry event of the year, it’s a gathering place for Oregon’s wine community to come together to learn, share and become acquainted.

The Oregon Wine Industry Symposium (OWIS) offers two days of learning about operations from the vineyard to the wine list. With a focus on all aspects of Oregon’s highly successful wine industry, with sessions covering multiple topics throughout the day, there will also be keynote speakers, a special industry dinner and the largest selection of exhibitors the OWIS has ever seen.

“We are expecting our largest and best symposium ever,” said Michael Donovan, chairman of the Oregon Wine Board, sponsor of the event. “The Symposium is always a wonderful opportunity for the industry to come together as a community, learn and celebrate its achievements.”
